Acrobat files (.pdf) should open automatically in Acrobat Reader.
Print Acrobat files (.pdf) "as is" for an appropiate size. Page Scaling should indicate "None".
Word files (.doc) will open with Microsoft Word. Save the file if needed for subsequent editing.
Bitmap files (.bmp) for coloring in Topic 2 and Topic 6 are very large and have not been uploaded.
