Magic Square The question is simple: Can you arrange the numbers 1 - 16 in a 4-by-4 matrix in such a way that the sum in each row, column, and main diagonal is the same? Give it a try by using this applet.
How to Play
     
    Click the number you want to move to select it.

    Click one of the blank boxes to move the number to that box.

    You solve the puzzle when the totals appearing on the right side of and at the bottom of the matrix on the right are the same. Those totals are automatically updated as you make your moves.
