This paper Parrot Puzzle is marked "C. Carey Cloud" and is dated "1946", the year it was distributed as a Cracker Jack prize. It measures approximately 3 3/8" by 2 3/8"overall, and is printed on card stock paper. The instructions are printed on the back:
